[Typo3] Extension save-to folder

all the way in the bottom, u will see compressed file.  Download it to ur 
hard disk, then upload it as local from backend, after clicking extension manager 
in ur BE.  This will install in typo3conf/ext (local), typo3/conf 
(global)......and they are recommending u install as local, local precedence before 
global.

Also remove any old tt_news or any dependent ones before installing this 
latest tt_news.
