[Typo3] Parameter in GMENU !? CSS.2 and MENU

Hi list!

Again, i had to defend typo3 against a prejudice of  a grafic and html
designer (who is an advocate of  css standards); since it's still not
possible to manipulate e.c. the parameters of a GMENU (add a class in the
link tag).

acutally it was hard for me to get the reason why it's possible to
manipulate the target of the menuitems, but not to add a class to a menuitem
(using the typolink array)!! Or is there a easy way without hard coding?
