solution a:
Template Autoparser, set a mark in your html template, assign the content in your ts root TS template

solution b) Templavoila, map the element, assign the content in your root TS template
see http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/doc_tut_ftb1/

so at the end the element can be altered in one place, your root template ;)
