[Typo3] Showing a dynamic section on every page

Hello list

This might be trivial, but I need directions. I have a page here:

http://fdf.dk/rysensteen/TYPO3/

Where I have no I idear how to implement the box that says "Kalender". I 
has to be shown on every page, but in the backend you should only be 
able to alter it in one place. It should be room for makeing short 
notes, that is shown on every every page. Do I make the intention clear?

Any hints on how I should implement it? Thanks.
