You need to wrap the text in <flash>...</flash>...not <fla></fla>!!!

For the basic operation there's nothing else to do (apart from install 
the extension of course ;-).

You can use the constant editor to change some settings, &/or create a 
class in your css file (the constant editor gives the default class as 
p.sifr...I am using this because when I tried to set my own it didn't work).

If you want to change the font for the wrapped text, you have to have 
flash 6 or later and follow the instructions to create a new swf file 
for the font of your choice (if you haven't got flash, I can do this for 
you if you mail me off-list with the font name you need).

Remember sifr is only designed to be used for short snips of text (e.g. 
headers), or you will probably find a very noticeable slow-down on your 
server.
