[TYPO3] content.linkToTop no change

Hi Martin. Im not sure, but it could be because you are mixing 2 different 
rendering systems!
"content(default) (+ cSet stylesheet)" is the old rendering method.
 "CSS Styled Content (+ CSS Styled IMGTEXT)" is the new rendering method.

I suggest you try removing one of them and see if it helps..

Also when using "CSS Styled Content", the constant settings from 
"content(defaultcontent(default)" have no effect, as it is set like this in 
the SETUP:

tt_content.stdWrap.innerWrap2 = | <p class="csc-linkToTop"><a 
href="#">{LLL:EXT:css_styled_content/pi1/locallang.php:label.toTop}</a></p>
