[TYPO3] content.linkToTop no change

content.linkToTop = <a href="#top">nach oben</a>
(want link in german)

in constants - field does not change anything it stays: To Top

i´m using t3 3.8.1 with :

content(default)
cSet stylesheet

CSS Styled Content
CSS Styled IMGTEXT
