[TYPO3] generate page.bodyTag with userfunc

Markus,

Many thanks - had completely forgotten about that.  TSRef is my friend as
always.

I would still be interested to know how to pass constants to user functions
as an array...several people have asked this before but no answers yet!  But
for now the client will be happy.
