[Typo3] tt_news Installation not allowed in path typo3/ext/

Well, I found out that I had to change a setting in the Install Tool as 
per this thread:

http://typo3.com/documentation/mailing-lists/install-general-archive/thread/27505/?tx_maillisttofaq_pi1%5Bpointer%5D=3&tx_maillisttofaq_pi1%5Bmode%5D=1

But now when I try to do the update on the tt_news, at the end of the 
install I get this error:
