[Typo3] Problem adding links with 3.8 htmlArea

Thanks Manfred, that did it.  I must say ever more than how impressed
I have been with the functionality of typo3, I am impressed with the
Typo3 community and the amount and speed of the support that I have
recieved while using this product.
