This shows that the fh_library-Extension is not installed correctly.
Do the folowing:

In the localconf.php file is an array extList.
Remove from the array the tt_products entry. This lets you go to the backend.
Then install the missing fh_library-extension in the extension manager.
The final step is to add tt_products and fh_library in the extension-array (localconf.php)
This should solved your problem.
