[Typo3] Creating content with typoscript

Can you help me please about typoscript:
  So i see that it's possible to do a SELECT statement in typoscript 
like:
  table = tt_content
  select {
  pidInList = 10
  max = 2
  }
  
  My question is i want to insert a new content (like text or text with  
picture....) in each new page by default.Like an INSERT (where you fill  
the textbody,the header,...) statement!
  it is possible in typoscript?
