[Typo3] A small question:There are no editable constants available for the Constant Editor

Hallo all
  i have creat a website using the template,and i create a "page 
menu"and a "page content" for my template.and all of them go well,but 
after i  insert a content element into the pages in the green page 
module, i can not see anything in the fronted,and in the template module 
when i choose the "Constant Editor"
there is a sentense like this
---------------------------------
"No constants available
There are no editable constants available for the Constant Editor"
----------------------------------
i think that is the reason why i can not see the content element i 
insert to my page in the fronted.
But how can i fix this problem
