[Typo3] How to track who is downloading files from our website?

Dear all,

Our company website is built upon TYPO3. Registered FE users can download certain documents and softwares from our site. I am using both the VTS and AWSTATS to monitor the web stats. But none of them provides me with the information regarding the FE user who downloaded the file. Is it possible to get some information, such as that user's host IP address, about the user who downloaded something from our website?
