Sorry - it is not presumably 'Extension kickstarter' - if I remember
correctly it caused errot to the TEMP...ext_localconf.php file.
I might be wrong.
Each plugins are own sections in the temp-files.

Save the file, open it and look WHAT extension cause the problem.
Delete temp files. Unistall the extension and install it as local plugin.
