[Typo3] Error in temp_CACHED-ps6cc0_ext_tables.php

I presume that 'Extension kickstarter' have caused this. I got the error 
message from this extension. The temp file was incorrect for this plugins.

I must delete the extension kickstarter and install a local copy using TER.
Test. Uninstall 'Extension kickstarter'.
