[Typo3] Multiple language help - urgent

Hi to all,

I've set up a site following the Modern design tutorial. Now I need to setup
basicly two additional languages, and I've read Multiple language doc, but
it seems outdated or something.

I need a somewhat different template for other languages, and some textual
menu for swiching.

I did try to find a solution myself.. please point me to some docs or paste
me an example of what I should add to template Setup?
