[Typo3] Access BE username in frontend or Typoscript template

Hi list

In order to make some redirections I need to make som code in a page_php_content element that can access the username (or id) of a BE user that is logged in.

Is that possible?

An other way could be through the TS in the template. How does one get the username og a be user?
