[Typo3] personal user pages for others to browse - facebook

Hey there,

I was wondering if some kind of facebook is possible in TYPO3. Users  
create their account, get their own page that is searchable and browsable  
by others, and can put up pictures and info about themselves etc.

Has anyone done this before? I couldn't find anything really in the  
mailing list archives..
