First - follow advice of the author and install quixplorer instead - it 
is better.

Second. If you transfer files with real FTP-program that program can use 
   DIFFERENT user account thant FTP-browser/Quixplorer for Typo3.

You can't then delete or alter files, which has been transferred with 
FTB-client with quixplorer and VICE AVERSA!
