[Typo3] Problem installing the Helpdesk Extension

I've downloaded the Helpdesk Extension but when I click on it's name or when I click on the install icon I get the following message :

SQL engine parse ERROR: Field type unknown!: near "timestamp(14) default '' "

Does anyone ever seen that ?
