[Typo3] Remove Site Error

I think you probably moved the site from one computer to another and now it
is not working.

things to check:
1) That TYPO3 dummy or something works fine on the new computer.
2) Check you moved the database.
3) Check you have installed the extensions on the new computer.
4) Add a new page to the globe tree root and a quick setup template.
