[Typo3] install directory

I decided to do so because of several advantages:

- You can easily move the installation by renaming the directory
- TYPO3 won't conflict with other software installed on the same site
- One installation can be shared for multiple domains on the same server by
  simply putting a symlink to the TYPO3 site directory
- Alternatively, it's still easy to move everything one level up!

I'm sure there are many other reasons, but it's definitely the cleaner
solution.
