[Typo3] More menus with TV

Hello,

First you have to map the places you want the menu's. I'll assume you
know how to do this and name them lib.topmenu and lib.leftmenu.

Then you have to add them to the Template Setup like this:

lib.topmenu = HMENU
lib.topmenu.1 = TMENU
lib.topmenu.1.NO {
    ...
}

lib.leftmenu = HMENU
lib.leftmenu.entryLevel = 1
lib.leftmenu.1 = TMENU
lib.leftmenu.1.NO {
    ...
}

The entrylevel says after which level the menu has to start.

I'm not exactly sure what you want with the bottom menu, so I can't help
you with that. Maybe you can elaborate on that a bit more.
