[Typo3] Problems to download extensions

Hi there,

When trying to download new extension (or updated extension).

But each time i tried to download an extension from the server, It doesn't
work.

I have to set a login and a password to download anything from typo3.org. I
don't remember having openning an account and i didn't find anything related
to that on the web site. But it seems that extensions are downloaded so
that'sn't the real problem.

It seems that once the download is complete:

i receive the following error:
Extension copied to server
Error: Installation is not allowed in this path (typo3/ext/)
