[Typo3] Manually unpacking t3x-files

As soon as our programmers get a roundtoit... I may come in handy every 
now and then, but for now, we needed a fast solution and found another 
way...

That may be an idea... but I wouldn't want to run a LAMP or WAMP 
installation on this machine. We do have servers in house for testing 
purposes, though.
