[Typo3] Typo3 vs Plone. What are strenghts and weaknesses?

I did look at the document. Unfortunately the size of the projects 
tackled during the comparison are so tiny
that the paper does not really say more than "yes it is possible to 
create a portal with both Typo3 and Plone"
Which we all new beforehand.
