The main problem is that the bug report was filed to the bugtracker of 
an extension called "swfobject". This is not part of the core and nobody 
(except for the members of the swfobject project) sees the issue.

In the mean time the code in the core that uses videojs has been moved 
to a separate extension. You can find the repository at

https://github.com/FriendsOfTYPO3/mediace

and if you have a github account you can report the issue there and 
possible send a pull request with the fix. (For others there is contact 
information at that page too)

For 6.2 this is not a high priority or security issue and it will not be 
fixed anymore.
