First I would use some developer tools in the browser (like FireBug in 
FireFox, Chrome dev tools, etcetera) and see if there are errors 
retrieving all the parts of the page (html, js, css). There is usually a 
tab in those tools where you can see all the requests, the results, the 
request and reply headers, and so on. Maybe some parts fail.
