[TYPO3-dev] Workspaces: How to eliminate ws-reviewer?

Hi,

is there a way to eliminate the default stage of ws-reviewer?

In a current project the customer desires only to stages: ws-creator and 
ws-publisher.

I could let the ws-reviewer be able to publish the content, but still he 
will get the possibility to send the content to "ready to publish" which 
is a little bit confusing. It would be more clear to the ws-creator if 
he could send the content directly to the publish stage.
