[TYPO3-dev] Where´s extTables.php in Typo3 7.4?

exactly what I said

as I wrote about an extension I assumed ./ as the extension directory, 
and this file(s) replace the file ext_tables.php in the root of the 
extension which was used in older versions of TYPO3
