[TYPO3-dev] TYPO3 6.1 custom FCE - tab disappearing erratically

Additional testing seems to indicate that the problem occurs most often after «Clear all caches» is called by a backend user. Switching to another tab (e.g. «Plugins»)  and then clearing the cache a couple more times seems to restore the FCE tab again. (Albeit temporarily.)
