[TYPO3-dev] unexistent GLOBALS return NULL instead of ""

They are not meaningless. What did you du to get thoose errors ? Upgrade
typo3 ? In this case, you'll have to use the "COMPARE DB" tool, maybe
thoose fields now allows NULL values
