[TYPO3-dev] Deliver Translations with extension

Hi,

i want to deliver some translations for my extension with the package itself. How can i make this with xliff?

I createed a locallang.xlf in Resources/Private/Language
and a de.locallang.xlf in same folder

But for example the Module title and description are still taken from the original language.
I registered the module and set the locallang.xlf as labels-file.

I found a few tutorials for xliff but still could not get it.
