[TYPO3-dev] PHPUnit cache?

To add to the weirdness, If I rename my class file to 
"AnnualisedPerformanceTest.php" or "AnnualizzedPerformanceTest.php" it 
still fails. If I rename it to "TheAnnualizedPerformanceTest.php", it works.
