[TYPO3-dev] FAL migration for custom tables

Just a short note to say that I've got this working, but the code needs 
polishing and I won't get back to this topic until next Monday. I'll 
definitely update my Gist as a reference then.

I was misled by a number of bugs in the RTE migration wizard itself, for 
which there's already a patch pending. I'll take the time to review it 
on Monday too.
