Greetings friends !

I'm developing a website for a client where the registered users must pay by paypal a anual fee to stay "active" members of this bikers club, and this fee is very simple, a value for average bikers and other value for senior bikers.

I guess in what concerns to the complexity it won't be much of a problem, because the possible values are only 2, so i guess it doesnt need to be as much elaborated like an online store or something about that... 

So, to deal with memberships i need to move the users from usergroups by a certain period of time, and when that period ends the user must be put in another usergroup until the next payment.

Concerning all this needs, none of the current extensions give answers to them, so i guess i need to create an own extension do deal with paypal payments and auto usergroups changes after the payment...Can anyone point me in the right direction ?
