I didnt followed this thread neither i have read it completely now.
However, i just want to say: If you have the feeling there is something wrong in the t3xutils.phar or in the .php files inside, please file an issue with an detailed description of the problem on https://github.com/etobi/Typo3ExtensionUtils/issues
