[TYPO3-dev] extension upload to TER under TYPO3 6.0

I try to use this way.
I should execute the step 3:
# 3.) make both executable and install an alias named ext

chmod +x Typo3ExtensionUtils/bin/t3xutils.phar
chmod +x Ext/bin/ext
Ext/bin/ext install
----------------

However the extension does not contain the file t3xutils.phar.

~/web/typo3conf/ext/ext1/Cool/Modules/Typo3ExtensionUtils/bin$ ls -l
insgesamt 0

Is the file t3xutils.phar missing? Or is the installation for the TYPO3 
extension different?
