It depends a bit how much the extension handling is changed. Currently it 
looks like 6.2 will use the "old" (6.0+) way of managing extensions. As 6.2 
is LTS, I think we could use a download extension that fetches the manuals 
as zip files from docs.typo3.org.
Martin would need to adjust the rendering script to also zip the whole build 
and make it available as extension/zip/.
