[TYPO3-dev] Records not translated properly when "sys_language_uid" is used as "type" field in TCA

maybe i am missing something. the language i want to set and the type 
would be equal. i think this should be able to achive.

but display_cond feels much more appropriate anyway - i did not know 
this TCA configuration setting. now it does not make sense for me to try 
to use "type" for this feature any longer.

++ l10_mode was already in use
++ dispaly_cond worked (and now complemented l10_mode perfectly)
