[TYPO3-dev] backColor=transparent GIFUBILDER

Hi Jigal,

for a project i need fully supported alpha transparency (several image
layers, text (without niceText ;), masks, rotation). Do you think it is
possible and makes sense to patch Typo3?
Or is it wiser/easier to create my own php gd implementation?
