[TYPO3-dev] Page Layout doesnt change in the front-end

[Webmeck - TYPO3]

I think it appeared when I deleted all files of typo3temp/*.
No I have the problem that css_styled_content doesnt give me any content:

It is included in the root template,
I give it to the fluid template:

page = PAGE
page {
     10 = FLUIDTEMPLATE
     10 {
         variables {
             content < styles.content.get
     }
}

and it is empty:

Any idea?
Are they related?
