[TYPO3-dev] Including jQuery in plugin - Best practice

Hi,

When you need to use jquery in you TYPO3 extensions, do you include it 
your self or make it dependable on e.g. t3jquery ext?

I think making it dependable at a jquery extension is best practice, but 
the a more than one to depend on?

Perhaps jquery like t3jquery should be a build in functionality in 
TYPO3, and perhaps extentend the API such you could set a config in you 
extension that includes newest jquery if not already loaded..

Just some thoughts.
