[TYPO3-dev] update to 4.6 "t3lib_cache_exception_NoSuchCache"

Heyla,

I maybe should not have posted it on the dev list ;-) php debug
extension does not mean anything to me unfortunately. Well removing that
part from localconf did help, but now I lost tt_news totally.
http://tackhead.com/ and http://tackhead.com/news/.

No idea what to do about that. It seems some upgrade instructions are in
order here. tt_news is still widely used. So if tt_news chokes on the
upgrade that might mean problems for more people then me.
