[TYPO3-dev] Helping with new option in link and uri ViewHelpers

Dear guys,

 

I want to add the opportunity to define the method for addQueryString in
list and uri ViewHelpers. Do I have to add an issue to forge to get started
to do so? Or can I directly support it to Git/Gerrit?
