I must say that I now have a SSD and I do not see any slow down due to 
indexing, PhpStorm is really fast and powerful.

I tried a bit their Intellij IDEA ("PhpStorm" + <other>Storm + Java 
support) and it is slower to start, then it's OK but the startup is slower.
