[TYPO3-dev] Who's responsible for extension_kickstarter

It would be really really nice if a new version was released, as the version in TER is not compatible with PHP ver. 5.3.

Offcause it is no problem for me to get the version from forge, but it is really not userfriendly to new users that want to learn TYPO3, that they can not use the kickstarter on a modern server.

It's a group actually, with Ingo Renner having the key and being 
responsible for releases. There has been no activity for a rather long 
time. I wanted to pick up the pieces recently, but then I got swamped 
with work to do on the documentation.

There's a dedicated newsgroup (typo3.projects.kickstarter) but I think 
it needs to be raised from the dead first ;-)
