You look at technical complexity :) Look at it from the user's view. BE
users are not changed that often and current users always know where to
look for them. This is not the case for FE users: each installation may
have its own storages for users and you may spend lots of time searching
for those FE users unless you have phpMyAdmin or storage pid is listed in
TS object browser. This IS unnecessary complexity for the user. It must be
far more simple to find where records are located.
