Hello there

Do you know Ingo Renner's "tc_beuser"?

It's a good replacement for the user admin module. With TC Tools normal users can be allowed to edit/create/show users. The only thing that's critical about it is that a normal user that has rights to add new users can assign them the same groups he has...
